Next meeting WEDNESDAY 16 APRIL 2025 at 7.30 pm – ANNUAL MEETING OF ELECTORS – This is a meeting for the electors of the parish to ‘have their say’ and bring any matters to the attention of the Council. This meeting will be followed by an ordinary PARISH COUNCIL MEETING.
REFURBISHMENT OF FINGER POSTS
The Parish Council is funding the repair and renovation of Wilpshire’s two heritage signposts. That located at the Blackburn boundary has already been done and looks very smart. That at the traffic lights will be done in the near future. Both signposts probably date back to the 1920’s when road traffic was beginning to increase both in speed and quantity and milestones were not sufficient to meet the new era.
SALESBURY VIEW – PLANNING APPEAL APP/T2350/W/24/3352614 – Appeal dismissed.
